Q: Are Children welcome?
Yes! all ages are welcome at Reclaiming Evolution Festival. Children & Youth ages 4 and up require a ticket purchase, while Children ages 3 and under are free.

Q: Is there ‘Child Minding’ support available?
Yes! We have ‘Village Minding’ ticket add-ons available.
Our Village Minding is available during select hours throughout the duration of the Festival. With these passes, you are able to leave your Child with our ‘Care Team’ while you enjoy the offerings solo or with your partner. These passes also provide access to a small collection of workshops & activities for parents and young children.
Our Village Minding zone is for infants and young Children up to age 5.
Village Minding passes are 55$ea.

Q: What does my ticket include?
All tickets include access to onsite camping, 1 catered meal, and Festival access from Friday Aug 1 to Sunday Aug 3.
Thursday July 31 is available as a ticket ‘add-on’ for those who would like to arrive early and enjoy our ‘Bonus Schedule’ offerings.

Q: What are the ticket add-ons and when are they available?
Ticket ‘add-ons’ are optional additional features that you can add on to your Festival experience such as; Village Minding passes, Sauna passes, Early Arrival passes & VIP Lounge passes.
Ticket add-ons are available for purchase through our ticket portal.
Upgrades such as Glamping and Showers are provided by Rising Moon Studios.

Q: When will more details, like the schedule, be available?
Our full schedule and all details will be released by February/March 2025.

We currently do not offer payment plans through our site, however you can inquire with us directly for these options.

Q: How can I access the Glamping upgrades?
Glamping upgrades will be available for purchase SOOON! There will be Glamping options within the Men’s and Women’s camp, with both shared and private accommodation options available.
